Who We Are
KCS LLC was founded in 2006 and has grown to be a trusted, multi-faceted company in the Middle Tennessee area. Our talented workforce can handle major projects of varying size, scope, complexity, and value. As a team, we are guided by three fundamental principles: quality, service, and safety.
KCS LLC currently has three major areas of operation. We offer residential and commercial construction services through KCS Building Group, LLC as a trusted general contractor. Our residential concrete branch known as KCS Concrete, LLC involves partnering with some of Tennessee’s leading homebuilders to cater to their needs. Meanwhile, our specialized concrete pumping service known as KCS Pumping, LLC provides pumping for major sites that are difficult to access.

Culture of Safety
“Safety Is No Accident.”
KCS LLC is committed to operating every project with safety as the top priority; we want our employees and subcontractors to go home at the end of each day safe and sound. We operate and require an environment where safety remains at the forefront of everyone’s mind. KCS has employed a third-party oversight company to help us monitor and maintain safety-on-the-job. It is a culture of safe working practices embodied by our team, from executive management down, that we “Live Incident and Injury Free.” We adopt this rule to protect the safety of all: “Never walk past an unsafe act. It is every employee’s responsibility to stop a work activity if it is unsafe.”
Culture of Giving
St. Jude Children’s Hospital
KCS believes in giving back to the community. One of the charities that we support is the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. KCS is a proud sponsor of the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway. KCS has donated the labor and materials necessary to provide full concrete packages for several homes. KCS knows how important the work done and care given at St. Jude is—one of our very own employees was a miracle patient at the hospital.

Columbia Family Center
KCS has partnered with the Columbia Family Center to help provide help for needy families in the Columbia area. Whether it is a Thanksgiving meal for 30+ families or taking on a family in need at Christmas time and providing gifts KCS takes pride in helping our neighbors. The owner of KCS is an active member of the board for the Columbia Family Center and donates his personal time there as well. This year our team helped provide a merrier Christmas to kids in our community through the Family Center Toy Drive.

CASA for Children (Maury County)
Every day in this country, 1,900 children become victims of abuse or neglect, and four will die. A CASA volunteer – also known as a Court Appointed Special Advocate – is a tireless and passionate protector of a child who has been abused or neglected and is going through the trauma of the juvenile court system. CASA of Maury County is a community-based program that educates and empowers these citizen-volunteers to advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children in our courtrooms and communities.
KCS Construction, LLC has generously donated all of the materials to construct playhouses as well as complete the construction of these playhouses for the children.
